The Long John Silver's Franchisee Association was formed in 1998 in advance of the reorganization in bankruptcy of LJS. Membership is open to any individual or entity owning a LJS franchise. The Association's Board of Directors meets regularly with LJS leadership and conducts the LJS semi-annual convention.
